Please make sure you are providing all the colors as instructed. Included in product images is our most commonly requested colors. If you choose another color or need a specific match, please ensure you provice reliable contact information so that we can reach you if needed to confirm choices. Please select one main color for the embroidered initial, as well as an accent color. Then proceed to select three colors for the flowers, as well as the inside border and outside border of the bouquet wrap. We will review any extra notes added as well.

If this information is not clear, we will attempt to contact you to clarify. This may cause delays in production and shipping of your order. If we cannot reach you after 3 days, we will cancel your order.

Care instructions: Hand wash mild detergent lay flat dry between folded towel let air dry. If necessary iron from the back using a pressing cloth. Do not iron directly on the embroidery use the press cloth between the item and the iron.
